I arrived at the hotel after a long trip from Maryland, only to find the room smelling unpleasant due to it being closed for a while. This made my one-night stay less than enjoyable, which was disappointing.

Upon arrival two hours after check-in time, I found the rooms to be dirty, so I had to use my own cleaning supplies. Eventually, the room was lovely and clean, but it still wasn't ready when I arrived.
